Target Audience
This course is designed to further your understanding in the activities involved following the response phase of an incident. The course is built on the assumption that you are familiar with the topics discussed at the below LRF training courses. It is a tailored course intended to provide a comprehensive overview why recovery is a multi-agency undertaking and why it’s essential to involve the community during this process as much as possible. It is relevant to officers of all levels from all agencies looking to understand the working of post-incident activities.
This training is delivered by Surrey's Local Resilience Forum (SLRF) and open to its members. Each Surrey Borough contributes to SLRF. Part of this contribution is delivered through supporting training for Surrey responders. In most cases there is no charge per attendee for training, although some courses, such as those requiring external trainers or venues, there can be an additional cost per delegate.
