We were the first Public Service Mutual (PSM) in the UK to deliver dedicated resilience services—and ten years on, we’ve built one of the most experienced, hands-on teams in the sector. We’ve supported over a dozen major incident responses, helped shape resilience strategy across the UK, and delivered outcomes that stand up to real-world pressure and scrutiny.
We currently work with a number of central government bodies in the resilience and emergency planning space and act as the fully outsourced emergency planning function for eleven local authorities across England.
