Bio
Joseph is an experienced emergency management and resilience consultant with a background spanning the NHS, Local Government and Fire and Rescue Service.
He has extensive experience supporting organisations to strengthen preparedness, response and recovery arrangements through the development of emergency management capabilities, resilience frameworks, business continuity programmes and multi-agency partnerships.
Joseph has supported organisations and wider local resilience forums in responding to a wide number of complex and challenging incidents; including adverse weather, Cyber, COVID 19, mass casualty, loss of utilities and specialist responses.
