Freda Larham brings over four decades of unparalleled experience in emergency preparedness, resilience, and response. Widely respected across the sector, she is one of the most experienced EPRR advisors in the UK and brings energy, insight, and commitment to every aspect of her work.
At Applied Resilience, Freda leads key resilience programmes across multiple healthcare providers. She supports NHS trusts and partner organisations, LRFs and LHRPs in meeting national preparedness standards, providing expert guidance on emergency planning, response frameworks, training, and exercises.
Freda plays a pivotal role in ensuring health sector clients are equipped to manage a full spectrum of challenges—from surge and system pressures to major incidents—bringing strategic oversight, practical expertise, and calm assurance in every scenario.
