With a professional background spanning policing, the Ministry of Defence, and counter-terrorism, Alain brings a sharp operational focus to emergency preparedness and response. He also has experience in programme management and training delivery, supporting councils and public sector bodies to enhance their continuity and recovery capabilities.
Combining strategic oversight with hands-on experience, Alain helps guide the Applied Resilience team in delivering high-impact support that strengthens local and regional resilience.
