Jessica is an experienced emergency planning and response professional with a specialist background in forensic investigation, air accident management, and major incident coordination.
At Applied Resilience, Jessica leads on emergency preparedness, resilience, and response (EPRR) for healthcare providers, supporting NHS trusts and partner organisations in meeting national preparedness standards. Her role includes developing emergency plans, facilitating training and exercises, and advising on incident response structures across a range of health resilience scenarios.
Jessica brings her experience in high-pressure and sensitive environments including the Air Accidents Investigation Branch and the Berkshire Coroner’s Office. Her operational insight into casualty management, fatality procedures, and multi-agency coordination directly informs her pragmatic approach to health sector resilience.
Her work supports frontline services in building robust preparedness arrangements and ensuring a coordinated response to a wide range of incidents, from system pressures and surge planning to major emergencies.
