Duty Manager / Duty Director (on call) Training (NHS)
The operation of 24 hour services can sometimes require the support of Senior Management or Directors, for reporting/authorisation purposes and particularly when significant or major incidents occur which may be outside the capability or authority of staff on duty.
This course is designed to provide guidance and support for Senior Managers & Directors acting in the on-call role.
